Since joining the firm in 2006, Simone has been a key player in the explosive growth of the company with annual double digit increases and revenue gains from $6M to over $100M. In 2019, Simone contributed to the successful and seamless merger of two top quality and iconic brands, Freixenet and Mionetto, to form one of the largest sparkling wine companies in the United States.

As a key member of the US Board of Directors and a direct report to the Henkell Board of Directors in Germany, Simone oversees the Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT and Operations departments, as well as partners with the CEO on Marketing and Sales strategies.

Prior to the post of EVP / CFO, Simone held a number of increasingly responsible roles in executive and general management at Mionetto USA. Previously, Simone held corporate roles at prestigious multinational firms, including Controller for Fiat Auto Spa and cost/revenue oversight at GlobalValue Services Spa / IBM, both in Italy.
