1998

Incorporation & Office Opening in Chelsea

Our journey began in 1998 with the incorporation of our company and the opening of our first office in Chelsea, New York City. This marked the foundation of our commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry.
2002

Office Move to Dumbo

As we grew, we relocated to the vibrant Dumbo neighborhood in Brooklyn. This move reflected our expanding team and ambition, placing us in a creative hub that inspired new ideas and collaborations.
2008

Henkell International Purchases Mionetto

A major milestone came in 2008 when Henkel International acquired Mionetto. This strategic partnership strengthened our global presence and opened new opportunities for growth in the sparkling wine sector.
2011

Mionetto USA Wins Wine Enthusiast Importer of the Year

distributing a wide italian portfolio of wines including Pertinace and Castello di Monsanto
2012

Office Move to White Plains

In 2012, we moved our headquarters to White Plains, NY, positioning ourselves closer to key markets and resources while continuing to build a strong foundation for future expansion.
2019

Merger with Freixenet USA

2019 was a transformative year. We merged with Freixenet, creating a powerful alliance in the sparkling wine industry. In the same year, we proudly took over Gloria Ferrer, further enriching our portfolio with premium offerings.
2025

Global Sales Partnership with Korbel

In 2025, we entered into a global sales partnership with Korbel, uniting two iconic names in sparkling wine. This collaboration enhances our worldwide reach and reinforces our dedication to delivering exceptional quality to consumers everywhere.
