Winemaking

What sets Alfred Gratien apart is their unique approach to champagne creation, including their decision to avoid malolactic fermentation to<br /> preserve grape character, and their use of cork sealing before cellaring to allow minimal oxygen contact. Their champagnes are aged for a minimum of 36 months, developing complex aromas while maintaining remarkable freshness, making them ideal for cellaring.
